以前写的东西。现在看看，虽然文字很不成熟，但是对于组织的描述还是清楚的。我的问题是：中国有这样的公司或组织吗？

The most appropriate organization for me to work should have the following features:

1. Organization structure. The organization I want should be a flat, which have little levels inside the org.
2. Organization culture. Mutual help. Challenging work and always try to bring the best to the customers.
3. Nice and talented colleagues. My colleagues are nice and talented that I can learn from them. Everyone knows well about their own work field and are committed to their work and company.
4. Open. Have an open climate that everyone can have his/her idea expressed. Everyone will be honored in the organization no matter what his/her real job is.
5. Leadership. The leaders of the organization are very thoughtful. They know well what the organization is doing and what it is going to do. They know what’s going on in the industry and what the best strategy is. The managers know what kind of jobs is fit for their subordinates. Everyone can be put into the most suitable positions and receive necessary accurate trainings.
6. Development. Everyone grows with the organization and enjoy the benefit of the growing company.
7. Not afraid of change. Everyone knows keep improving will help the organization performs healthy. They are willing to support others jobs.
8. Period. Growing industry will be better because everyday there are new things.
9. Independency. Employees have high independence to decide their own work schedules as soon as they can meet the work task requirements and the common meeting hours.
10. Work/life balance. The work and life will be balanced. Have enough time to spend with family.
11. Vacation. Long vacations.
12. Compensation. Challenging salaries and thoughtful benefits.
13. Communication. There are no communication obstacles inside the organization.
14. Organization functioning. Employees are honored and highly motivated to participate in the activities.
15. Diversity.
